Information used by the service

A display name is the only profile detail required by onboarding. Legacy contact, demographic, and address fields may remain on older profiles for compatibility, but are no longer required to use the service. Account and subscription information is used to authenticate you, provide access, support the service, and maintain billing status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe rather than stored directly by this application.

Learning activity

To understand whether an episode actually helps a child memorize the verse, the service records a small, first-party history of playback activity for each child profile: when an episode was started and whether it was a first viewing, a resume, or a re-watch; which scenes were reached; when an episode was completed; and whether English or Arabic narration was in use. Each record is timed by our own server.

These records deliberately contain no child name, no email address, no narration or caption text, no IP address, no device or browser identifier, no location, and no payment information. They are stored only in our own database. There is no third-party analytics service, no advertising identifier, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

Learning activity is visible only to the household it belongs to and, in aggregate, to the service operator. Deleting a child profile or a household deletes that history with it, and raw activity records are retained for no more than 13 months.

Your choices

To ask about access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, use the account download and deletion-request controls or contact support@iliveislam.com. A deletion request does not immediately erase data: identity, subscription obligations, and applicable retention requirements must be verified before processing.

Children and families

The product is designed for family use, but account creation is for a parent or other authorized adult. Do not submit a child's personal information without appropriate authority.
