ﱁHe saidﱂIts knowledgeﱃ(is) withﱄmy Lordﱅinﱆﱇa RecordﱈNotﱉerrsﱊmy Lordﱋand notﱌforgetsﱍ
He replied, “That knowledge is with my Lord in a Record. My Lord neither falters nor forgets ˹anything˺.”

ﱎThe One Whoﱏmadeﱐfor youﱑthe earthﱒ(as) a bedﱓand insertedﱔfor youﱕthereinﱖwaysﱗand sent downﱘfromﱙthe skyﱚwaterﱛthen We (have) brought forthﱜwith itﱝpairsﱞofﱟplantsﱠdiverseﱡ
˹He is the One˺ Who has laid out the earth for ˹all of˺ you, and set in it pathways for you, and sends down rain from the sky, causing various types of plants to grow,

ﱢEatﱣand pastureﱤﱥyour cattleﱦIndeedﱧinﱨthatﱩsurely (are) Signsﱪfor possessorsﱫ(of) intelligenceﱬ
˹so˺ eat and graze your cattle. Surely in this are signs for people of sound judgment.

ﱭ ﱮFrom itﱯWe created youﱰand in itﱱWe will return youﱲand from itﱳWe will bring you outﱴtimeﱵanotherﱶ
From the earth We created you, and into it We will return you, and from it We will bring you back again.

ﱷAnd verilyﱸWe showed himﱹOur Signsﱺall of themﱻbut he deniedﱼand refusedﱽ
And We certainly showed Pharaoh all of Our signs, but he denied them and refused ˹to believe˺.

ﱾHe saidﱿHave you come to usﲀto drive us outﲁofﲂour landﲃwith your magicﲄO Musaﲅ
He said, “Have you come to drive us out of our land with your magic, O Moses?

ﲆThen we will surely produce for youﲇmagicﲈlike itﲉSo makeﲊbetween usﲋand between youﲌan appointmentﲍnotﲎwe will fail itﲏ[we]ﲐand notﲑyouﲒ(in) a placeﲓevenﲔ
We can surely meet you with similar magic. So set for us an appointment that neither of us will fail to keep, in a central place.”

ﲕHe saidﲖYour appointmentﲗ(is on the) dayﲘ(of) the festivalﲙand thatﲚwill be assembledﲛthe peopleﲜ(at) forenoonﲝ
Moses said, “Your appointment is on the Day of the Festival, and let the people be gathered mid-morning.”

ﲞThen went awayﲟFiraunﲠand put togetherﲡhis planﲢthenﲣcameﲤ
Pharaoh then withdrew, orchestrated his scheme, then returned.

ﲥSaidﲦto themﲧMusaﲨWoe to youﲩ(Do) notﲪinventﲫagainstﲬAllahﲭa lieﲮlest He will destroy youﲯﲰwith a punishmentﲱAnd verilyﲲhe failedﲳwhoﲴinventedﲵ
Moses warned the magicians, “Woe to you! Do not fabricate a lie against Allah, or He will wipe you out with a torment. Whoever fabricates ˹lies˺ is bound to fail.”

ﲶThen they disputedﲷ(in) their affairﲸamong themﲹand they kept secretﲺthe private conversationﲻ
So the magicians disputed the matter among themselves, conversing privately.

ﲼThey saidﲽIndeedﲾthese twoﲿ[two] magiciansﳀthey intendﳁthatﳂthey drive you outﳃofﳄyour landﳅwith their magicﳆand do awayﳇwith your wayﳈthe exemplaryﳉ
They concluded, “These two are only magicians who want to drive you out of your land with their magic, and do away with your most cherished traditions.

ﳊSo put togetherﳋyour planﳌthenﳍcomeﳎﳏ(in) a lineﳐAnd verilyﳑ(will be) successfulﳒtodayﳓwhoﳔovercomesﳕ
So orchestrate your plan, then come forward in ˹perfect˺ ranks. And whoever prevails today will certainly be successful.”
